NCmind was founded on 1st February 2002 by the partners Dipl. Ing. Lothar Pleikies (electrical engineering) and Dipl. Ing. Frank Fischer (mechanical engineering). Both partners have long-term experience in the field of mechanical engineering or in control and drive engineering, respectively.

Technically inclined engineers, motivated employees, a solid, privately owned and managed company fulfilling all requirements of its customers – this is what NCmind stands for today.
